You can upload up to three images per design. These photos help us personalize your creation to perfection.

📦 When will I receive my order?
Each design is custom-made by hand. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

🚚 What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders ship via USPS Ground Shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

📬 What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package was damaged during transit, please contact USPS to file a claim. Once your claim is submitted, reach out to us with your claim details so we can assist further.

📭 What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please file a claim with USPS and notify us with the claim reference. We’ll do our best to support you.

🎨 What if Auntie Von made a mistake with my order or design?
If we made an error, we’ll work diligently to correct it and ensure your satisfaction. Please contact us immediately with details.

🎁 Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes! Gift items can be shipped to another address with a signed consent form. If no form is provided, orders will ship to the billing address on file.

🌟 Are the designs identical if I reorder?
Each piece is hand-crafted and uniquely detailed. While we can replicate your design style, no two creations will ever be exactly the same — that’s part of what makes your Auntie Von art truly special.

🔁 Can I reorder a previous design?
Absolutely! We save your custom design profile so you can reorder or request variations anytime.
