All Auntie Von creations are individually handcrafted and made-to-order based on customer preferences. Because each piece is unique, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and part of the charm of our handmade process. These variations do not constitute defects. As a result, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for celebrating the uniqueness of handmade art with us!

Terms and Conditions
1. Orders & Customization
All Auntie Von products are custom-made based on your selected design preferences and uploaded images. By placing an order, you agree that the final product may have slight artistic variations due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
2. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.
3. Production & Shipping
Our standard production time is 7–10 business days. During peak seasons, this may extend up to 21 business days. All items are shipped via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom items. In the rare event of a production error or damage during shipping, please refer to our Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
By submitting images for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. Auntie Von retains the right to use images of completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Auntie Von is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products.
