All Auntie Von creations are individually handcrafted and made-to-order based on customer preferences. Because each piece is unique, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and part of the charm of our handmade process. These variations do not constitute defects. As a result, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for celebrating the uniqueness of handmade art with us!

Refund Policy - the basics

Returns & No-Refunds Policy (Custom Work)

Custom & Made-to-Order
All Auntie Von creations are custom, hand-crafted works of art made specifically for you based on your selections and photos. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom designs.

Order Issues We Will Correct

We will repair, replace, or recreate the item at our discretion in the event of:

A confirmed production error (such as incorrect color, theme, or missing design elements that were approved).
Material or assembly defects present upon delivery.
Shipping damage, after a USPS claim has been filed (see our Shipping Policy).

If a qualifying issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Qualifying Reasons

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Personal preference changes (for example, “I changed my mind” or stylistic differences after approval).
Minor variations that occur naturally with hand-crafted art (such as texture, placement, or finish differences).
Wear-and-tear or damage that occurs after delivery.
